I will sell my house, so i need contractor to take care of it's backyard

What I expect?:

1. Site cleaning;
2. Leveling of the yard;
3. Fixing of existing irrigation system;
4. Fixing of existing fence and gates;
5. Fixing existing lawn of the front yard and right-hand yard...
etc.

Since house is for sale, I need job and service for reasonable price.
