May 19, 2006 - Display (Part # W3866) became black, i.e. not working and I called for Dell support
May 23, 2006 - Technician came, open parcel with part and said: "Wrong part determinated by Dell diagnosis and delivered", - and he gone
May 26, 2006 - Another technician came with display set, video-card and with no long Philips screw driver...
May 26, 2006 - After parts was replaced my system still didn't want to start working. Technician said: "This is software issue", - and he gone
May 26, 2006 - I asked to send me Windows XP Pro CD, which was not supplied with the Dell box (see above from very beginning)
May 27, 2006 - I was assured that Windows XP Pro CD is scheduled to be delivered to me... but somebody from Dell cancelled said delivery
May 30, 2006 - So far, it became clear, that HDD (Part # P1128) 80GB, I, 9.5MM, 5.4K, HIT-MRGA was crashed
May 31, 2006 - Service kit (part # T4545) was sent (call # 00072974685). Service kit was wrong, because it is for Windows XP Home Edition
 
June 03, 2006 - HDD (Part # P1128) 80GB, I, 9.5MM, 5.4K, HIT-MRGA was scheduled to be delivered to me with Windows XP Pro CD
June 04, 2006 - I got Dell Invoice... They want me to pay for Windows XP Pro CD and other CDs. I better return said CDs back
June 04, 2006 - HDD (Part # P1128) 80GB, I, 9.5MM, 5.4K, HIT-MRGA was delivered with Windows XP Home Edition, not Windows Pro

June 08, 2006 - Every time I start my notebook, it starts "Dumping of physical memory" and does it several times before start working

June 10, 2006 - Dell support service called me and advised me to replace whole computer. I asked him to send me e-mail with this matter
June 10, 2006 - If Dell come to idea make full notebook replacement, I replied, I want new one with 2 gb of memory installed in it
June 11, 2006 - No e-mail came so far.... I called to the Dell Technical support, no service got...
June 11, 2006 - I got approval for total system replacement. Dispatch # 073428433, but I should wait 7-10 business days!!! :-(

So far 22 day was spent, but problem still persists.... What piece of.... replacement PC will come nobody knows

Today - When I start PC and input my ID and PW, I got: Stop: 0x0000008E (0xC0000002, 0x805379AC, 0xB3ABB5AC, 0x0000000), - PC start to dump physical memory. Some mechanical noise was present
I restart PC as usual, input my ID and PW and PC start work properly...
What it was I don't know... And I report Dell Technical Support via chat (Session ID: 7624263, Session ID: 7624842 )
 
Dell Technician - You must restart your PC, hit F12 and pass full test
I did so and after 30 minutes got: Error Code 0F00:136C - IDE Device faild: blank media or no media is present in optical drive
